Spring Salmon Lures For The Tay

 

Keep it simple but make your spinning effective, A few of my favourite spring baits for spinning . You really dont need much more than this. A few Salmos Vision 110s and your good to go . Early season with a salmo its about proper water coverage and again fishing them slow and deep when you have the flow on the river let that work your lure round and sometimes they can be right tight into the bank so make sure you fish it all the way round .

 A nice set of spring salmon flys. You got to come prepared to  fish in the spring, early season is normally big flys sinking lines and fishing the fly slow and deep through the pools. To many people come with small flys and floating lines with light sink tips. That wont do you any favours on trying to connect with an early spring salmon .
