Here is the beautifull Juntion Pool on Kinnard, there was a few fish in the pool that morning a few fish came up to look at our colie dogs as they were stripped through the pool, this fly can really stir tthem up at times !!!!

Some effective spey casting down the Cottage Stream on kercock, water coverage is one the most important aspects in salmon fishing i my opinion !!

The Falls Of Dochart

Here is a photo of the falls from the bridge looking up stream, In big water it is an impressive site, and you could see why the salmon would hold up in this pool before they ascend the falls to there spawening grounds !!

Here is the falls pool on the river Dochart at Killin that flows into loch Tay, In the right time of year this pool can hold a lot of salmon in it as the falls act as a temperature barrier. This pool can be very produtive to fish because of this !!!

Here is the river Tweed close to Melrose, On the Lower Pavillon Beat. There is a few nice lies here for salmon mid stream where you can see the boils from a few bricks just the spot to look for a salmon in bigger water !!!!

Salmon Splash Action On The River Tay

Playing a salmon on the fly rod in the Ash Tree pool on the Kinnard beat the salmon put up a good fight, a nice 12lber !!!!!!!!
