Spring Salmon Fishing River Tay

It will not be long till we are searching for these power houses, just like this 23lb springer caught in early March last season. You just cant beat the springers for look and power !!

Dunkeld House Fishings

The Dunkeld boat working its way down through the Grotto

Delvine & Burnbane

The Salt Hole on the Burnbane beat river Tay. This pool will be a lovely cast with the fly, a close in wade and not to long of a cast will cover this pool, most of the fish will take in the last bit of the swing in. So make sure you fish the fly right into your bank !!

River Tay Boats

One of our 3 boats all painted and ready to go on the 15th January

Delvine & Burnbane Beat

The Burnbane Pool .There is a lovely quite edge right down this pool in big water an easy cast with a spinner. Or the fly in lower water .

Delvine & Burnbane Beat River Tay

The tail of Sparrowmuir on the Burnbane beat in biggish water, there has been quite a lot of fish showing in the bottom half of this pool evan today in the bigger water. The tail of this pool in the lower water looks very nice to cast a fly right in to the tail of the pool. The right bank on the bend also looks good in high water, we hope to clear that bank shortly so that it is fish able .
