Stepps Pool Dalmarnock Beat
Here is the lovely stepps pool in low water it is a dream cast with the fly. On this height (4ft) the tail half of the pool is well worth a cast with the spinner.
Tail Of The Glide Pool
Looking down stream towards the tail of the pool, right in front of the white water is often the taking spot as they sit in front of the stones.
Glide Pool Dalmarnock Beat River Tay
Looking up to the top half of the Glide pool on top half of the beat, what a holding pool this is on medium to low water in high water the fish tend to be tight in on the left bank.

Salmon Tube Flys
A selection of tube flys that i always have in my box, these are tied on aluminium tubes I prefer that to copper, with all the sink tips on the market you can get the fly at the right depth.
Salmo And Blair Spoon
Toby Salmo and Blair spoons are well worth having in your lure box in the spring and late season they account for many off the salmon caught in big water.
Vision 110 Lure
Here are a few vision 110 lures i would'nt be with out from the boat or the bank. They are well worth trying.
